SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of MyCherry Life Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 10/75, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi – 110027 (“MyCherry”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them under the Terms and Conditions. 

MyCherry ships and delivers its products through independent third-party logistics and delivery service providers (“Delivery Partners”). MyCherry does not itself provide transportation or delivery services and shall not be deemed to be a carrier. The Delivery Partners are solely responsible for the physical transportation, handling, and delivery of products until completion of delivery to the customer (“Customer”, “you”, “your”). 

The standard delivery timeline for orders placed on the Platform generally ranges between 2 (two) to 7 (seven) business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending upon factors including, but not limited to, delivery location, serviceability, product availability, operational capacity of the Delivery Partner, and external circumstances. Certain pin codes or remote locations may require additional time. Estimated delivery details may be communicated through electronic means; however, such estimates do not constitute a guarantee of delivery time. 

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that providing accurate, complete, and correct delivery information, including name, address, contact details, landmarks, and any other required particulars, is the sole responsibility of the Customer. MyCherry shall not be liable for any delay, non-delivery, failed delivery attempt, or mis-delivery arising due to incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient information provided by the Customer. 

For Cash on Delivery (“COD”) orders, the Customer may be required to verify delivery through a one-time password (“OTP”) or such other authentication mechanism as may be prescribed by the Delivery Partner. The Customer agrees to provide the correct OTP at the time of delivery and acknowledges that the Delivery Partner is authorised to collect payment on behalf of MyCherry. Failure to provide the OTP or complete payment may result in cancellation or non-delivery of the order without any liability on MyCherry. 

While MyCherry makes reasonable efforts to facilitate timely delivery, the Customer expressly acknowledges that delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of MyCherry, including but not limited to logistical constraints, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, political disturbances, strikes, lockdowns, governmental actions, regulatory restrictions, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances. MyCherry shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages arising out of such delays and shall not be obligated to provide compensation. 

MyCherry endeavours to engage professional and reputed Delivery Partners; however, the Customer agrees and acknowledges that MyCherry shall not be responsible or liable for any acts or omissions of the Delivery Partner, including but not limited to delay in delivery, loss, damage, tampering, theft, wrong delivery, or deficiency in service during transit or delivery. 

Delivery shall be deemed complete upon successful handover of the product at the delivery address provided by the Customer or upon successful verification and acceptance by the Customer or their authorised representative. Any risk associated with the product shall pass to the Customer upon completion of delivery.
